Warranty Terms of Service

First, the scope of warranty service

 


1. Since the date of sale, our company provides a one-year warranty for the whole machine. For details, please refer to the parts listed in the attached table, unlisted parts, please consult TianAo Technology during the warranty period.

 


2. The starting date of the product warranty is the date of arrival of the product, or one month after the date of shipment of the company's product as the warranty start date of the product.

 


3. The Scorpio server parts purchased separately from the company shall be provided with a free warranty within 0-3 years from the date of purchase with reference to the attached form.

 


4. The company can provide limited telephone support for various non-hardware problems including operating system and application software. If you need to provide on-site service, you need to pay the relevant fees.

 


5. The company does not bear the loss caused to the user due to product failure (such as equipment downtime, data loss, etc.).

 


6. For services beyond the scope of the promise, or services outside the warranty period, our company provides paid services. For specific matters, please call the service hotline.

 


7. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:


     1. Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials (batteries, casings, connectors, etc.);


     2. Feel free to change the CMOS settings, causing them to not start properly;


     3. Failure of a randomly configured software system (such as RAID configuration) due to misoperation;


     4. The electrical damage caused by the unstable voltage of the power supply system of the household, failure to be well grounded, etc.;


     5. System damage caused by lightning strikes or other external causes;


     6. Others are obviously caused by improper use of the user, such as dust accumulation, liquid injection, external impact, extrusion, wear, falling damage, etc.;

 


8. Automatic termination when the following conditions occur


     1. negligence, accident, disaster, misuse or abuse;


     2. Use accessories that are not specified by the Scorpio server;


     3. Subject to disassembly and modification of the product without the authorization of the company;


     4. Product damage due to poor storage or transportation;


     5. The user personally changes and replaces the logo and part number of the Scorpio product;


 


 


Second, the service process and response time

 


1. Telephone consultation service: TianAo Technology provides 3 years of telephone consultation and technical support services. If you have any problems with your computer hardware, you can always call the service hotline at 400-700-5889 for assistance and our engineers will provide you with telephone support. After receiving the repair, the company's technical service personnel will respond to the call within one hour and propose a solution within three hours.


The user needs to provide the following information when repairing:


     1. Product model (MODEL);


     2. Product serial number (S/N);


     3. The specific configuration of the system hardware and software;


     4. System error message;


     5. Detailed fault description;


     6. User unit, contact person, contact information and detailed address;

2, spare parts priority replacement service


For those areas that are not covered by the on-site service coverage or other conditions that do not have on-site service conditions, we will provide services in the form of 1-3 years of free replacement of spare parts, and the spare parts may be New products or products of the same category and good performance.


 


3, on-site service


On-site service is divided into free and charge (please contact our company for confirmation). If it is confirmed that on-site service is required, the company's technical service personnel will arrive at the scene (or on the way) on the second working day.


 


 


Third, other service items and instructions


 


1. Extension of warranty period


The server products repaired by TianAo Technology and Technical Support Department will continue to enjoy the warranty service promise of this standard during the warranty period. At the same time, you can choose TianAo server extended warranty service (please call for details)


 


2, data backup


Before performing any repairs or upgrades, the customer must take regular and prudent measures to back up the system to prevent the loss of important data. The company is not responsible for the loss of data and computer programs during the use and maintenance of the equipment.


 


 


Fourth, special tips


 


1. In the event of any breach of the relevant laws and regulations of the State, the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail.


2. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions in the [Scorpio Server Sales Contract], the relevant terms of the [Sales Contract] shall prevail.


3. The textual clause will inevitably lead to misunderstandings of the customer's after-sales rules. Please consult before purchasing the product. The company has the final interpretation of the various terms.
